Shipping Policy

Applies To: Orders placed on Gadgetify and fulfilled through our logistics partners, including CJdropshipping.

  • We operate as an online-only store and do not maintain a public walk-in shipping/returns office.
  • Where a physical mailing address is legally required, it will be provided in writing through support.

Shipping Policy Overview

At Gadgetify, order processing time and shipping transit time are separate:

  • Processing Time: 7–14 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Transit Time: Begins after dispatch and depends on destination and carrier route.

You will receive:

  1. An order confirmation email after purchase.
  2. A shipping confirmation email once your parcel is dispatched.

Processing may take longer during public holidays, peak seasons, inventory verification, or fraud-prevention checks.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, parcel weight/size, and selected shipping method.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may vary by product type, shipping line, customs handling, or remote-area surcharges.

Additional Notes

  • Any free-shipping threshold, if active, is shown at checkout.
  • Multi-item orders may ship in multiple parcels.

Local Delivery

Gadgetify does not currently offer same-day or courier local delivery unless explicitly shown at checkout.

In-Store Pickup

We do not currently offer in-store pickup unless explicitly shown at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently ship to:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • European Union Countries
  • China
  • Japan
  • Australia
  • New Zealand

If a destination is unavailable, shipping is not currently supported.

International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, customs handling fees, and related charges. Where not prepaid at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Import duties/VAT paid at import are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, tracking details will be sent by email.

  • Allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates after label creation.
  • Delivery is considered complete when tracking confirms delivery to the address, locker, or pickup point.

If tracking shows delivered but not received, contact support@gadgetify.io within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

Some shipping lines do not support:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • Military addresses
  • Islands
  • Restricted or remote zones

If delivery cannot be completed, we may:

  1. Request an alternative address or method; or
  2. Cancel and refund the order.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

  • Return requests are generally accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery.
  • Customer-remorse returns are typically at customer return-shipping cost.
  • Store-at-fault issues are handled case-by-case with replacement or refund where validated.
