Return & Refund Policy

Cancellations

Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try before you buy products. This section explains how you can change or cancel these purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you do not want to renew, you can cancel at any time. Use the links in your order confirmation email to manage or cancel your subscription.

Pre-orders

Pre-order purchases are for products not yet in stock. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and then charge the full or remaining amount when the item becomes available.

You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has already been fulfilled, you cannot cancel, but you can request a full or partial refund under our Returns Policy.

Try Before You Buy

For try before you buy items, we authorize your payment method before order fulfillment. You will have a set period to decide whether to keep the item. If you do not return it within the specified time, we will charge your payment method in full.


Returns & Refunds

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be unworn or unused, with tags.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase. (Shopify Community)

How to Start a Return

Please note:

  • Returns must be sent to: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]

  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards (Shopify Community)

Exchanges

If you need a different item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the original item (once accepted) and make a separate purchase for the new item. (Shopify Community)


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days for any reason, without justification. To qualify:

  • The item must be returned in the same condition as received

  • It must be unworn or unused, with tags

  • It must be in original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (Shopify Community)


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:

  • Notify you whether your refund was approved

  • If approved, refund the original payment method within 10 business days

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at prokopis123@gmail.com. (Shopify Community)

Under Shopify’s Terms of Service, your refund policy must be publicly accessible and include:

  • The timeframe for returns

  • The return address

  • Return costs and responsibilities

  • How refunds are processed
